Luminox ist offizieller Uhrenpartner des amerikanischen Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik-Giganten Lockheed Martin. Durch diese Partnerschaft lässt sich Luminox von einem der revolutionärsten Flugzeuge seiner Zeit, entworfen von Lockheed, inspirieren: der berüchtigten CONSTELLATION®. Liebevoll „Connie“ genannt, war das Flugzeug ein Meilenstein sowohl für die zivile als auch militärische Luftfahrt und stellte Flugzeitrekorde auf, darunter den schnellsten Flug von Burbank, CA nach Washington, DC im Jahr 1944 in knapp unter 7 Stunden bei einer Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit von 331 Meilen pro Stunde (ca. 533 km/h). Dieser Flug wurde von niemand Geringerem als TWA-Besitzer Howard Hughes gesteuert, der maßgeblich daran beteiligt war, das Flugzeug auf den Markt zu bringen. Die Kombination aus hoher Leistung und Design machte dieses Flugzeug zur Legende in der Branche und inspiriert nun Luminox’ neueste Ergänzung der Air Series. Die CONSTELLATION® Automatic 9600 ist in 4 verschiedenen Varianten erhältlich, alle mit einem 42 mm Stahlgehäuse und elegantem 3D-Gehäuseboden. Die Zifferblattfarben umfassen Schwarz mit beigen Indikatoren, Grau mit beigen Indikatoren oder Beige mit schwarzen Indikatoren. Die schwarze Zifferblattvariante ist mit Lederband oder Stahlarmband erhältlich. Auf dem Zifferblatt ist eine Illustration des Globus und des CONSTELLATION® Flugzeugs abgebildet, die dieser Uhr Flügel verleiht. In der Tradition klassischer Pilotenuhren befindet sich bei 12 Uhr ein Dreieck mit zwei Punkten, das eine schnelle Zeitablesung und Orientierung ermöglicht. Das Schweizer Automatikwerk sorgt für präzise Zeitmessung und verfügt über eine Datumsanzeige bei 3 Uhr sowie eine Gangreserve von 38 Stunden bei Vollaufzug. Die schwarze, beidseitig drehbare Lünette und die verschraubte Krone mit 100 Metern Wasserdichtigkeit vervollständigen das Modell. Wie bei jeder Luminox-Uhr ist die Luminox Light Technologie integriert, die sicherstellt, dass Ihre Uhr unter allen Lichtbedingungen bis zu 25 Jahre lang sichtbar bleibt. Die Connie, ein Flugzeug, das bis heute geliebt und in guter Erinnerung behalten wird, hebt mit Luminox’ neuestem Zeitmesser, der CONSTELLATION® Automatic, wieder ab.

UK orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.
