We know your order is important to you, so we use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service on all UK orders.
We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, which for an additional fee offers guaranteed delivery the next day before 1pm.
*Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services are 98% accurate but not guaranteed.
UK orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.
We are not open during UK bank holidays. Orders received on bank holidays will be dispatched promptly the next working day.

To make international delivery clearer, our shipping terms vary depending on the delivery country. Some destinations are shipped with duties and taxes included, while others may require local import charges to be paid before delivery.
For orders delivered to the USA, Canada and the European Union countries listed below, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
