Right of Return:

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to return goods to us within 14 days of receiving the item without the need to provide a reason. Change of Mind Returns:

Therefore, we will accept the return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, provided you simply change your mind and the product is still in its brand new and unused condition.

You are entitled to try on your watch but do not carry out any alterations as this will affect your eligibility for a refund.
